Join us for our 13th Annual AU Homecoming 五公里趣味跑 on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024!

登记 is required to participate. In-person and virtual options are available!
In lieu of an entrance fee, we ask that you bring an item to donate to the AU Campus Food Pantry. Items that are most needed include: peanut butter, 请挤一瓶果冻, 没有玻璃罐), 货架稳定的蛋白质奶昔 & milk, cereal, fruit cups, canned/pouches of tuna & 鸡肉、罐头汤 & microwaveable soup cups, pasta, canned tomato sauce, crackers (Ritz & saltine), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tampons, feminine pads & 衬垫、除臭.
The first 100 in-person registrants will receive a free 5K designed t-shirt. T-shirt size availability cannot be guaranteed and only adult size t-shirts will be available.

The Rec Center will be open at 8 a.m. to change and shower before and after the race, as well as to secure coats and bags.

X组班级
Another way to have fun, work out and get physically fit is by joining Group X classes. 以下是关于X组的事实:
- Group X offers approximately 15-20 group exercise classes each semester that are attended by over 2,每年500人.
- Classes are free to all Ashland University Rec Center members and are located in our 30-person aerobics studio and other areas of the building.
- Certified group exercise instructors and other highly trained staff lead the Group X classes.
- Incentive programs are available each semester, so you can get rewarded for working out!

American Red Cross Certifications
